p888 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the p888 website accessible at p888.games and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, and features operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the p888 Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money PKR funds deposited by a Player and held within their p888 Account, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives awarded to a Player by p888 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by p888 before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise triggered by the Platform's compliance procedures.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the p888 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling is expressly forbidden by applicable law, or any jurisdiction specifically excluded by p888's licensing conditions.

By accessing the p888 Platform, creating an account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement applies to all users of the p888 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

p888 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any Wager on the p888 Platform. p888 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under the minimum age requirement will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register that includes p888.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by p888 for breach of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the p888 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. KYC Verification: p888 may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. p888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You must notify p888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach. p888 reserves the right to suspend your account while any security investigation is ongoing.

• Do not share your p888 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your p888 account.
• Ensure your account details, including contact email and payment method information, remain accurate and current at all times.
• Log out of your account fully when using shared or public devices.

p888 shall treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security compromise to us in writing.

Deposits: p888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the p888 cashier at the time of transaction. p888 does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. p888 aims to process approved withdrawals within one business day. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending identity verification or fraud screening.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the p888 account holder.
• p888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee before withdrawal.
• p888 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance in the event of a technical error, suspected fraud, or unresolved KYC query.

Currency: All transactions on p888 are conducted in PKR. p888 does not apply currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any currency conversion required by your bank or payment provider is outside p888's control and will be borne by you.

p888 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status.
• Abuse: p888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotion is suspected. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at p888's sole discretion.

p888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not affect the rights of players who have already legitimately triggered the promotion under its original terms.

All games available on the p888 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any Wager.

p888's Random Number Generator (RNG) software is independently audited by certified third-party testing laboratories to ensure that all game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. • In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection, all affected Wagers may be declared void at p888's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p888 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one p888 account simultaneously or consecutively without prior written authorisation.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with another player's account or with the Platform's underlying systems.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction after using deposited funds for gambling activity.

p888 employs fraud detection and behavioural analysis tools that continuously monitor Platform activity. Any account flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary suspension pending investigation. p888's findings in such investigations are final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p888 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any p888 content or software.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the p888 Platform.
• Use p888's trademarks, brand name, or logos in any context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of p888's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

p888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your p888 account balance at the time the claim arises.

p888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is protected by appropriate security software before accessing the Platform.

p888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• p888 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You are found to be under the minimum age of 21 years.
• You are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• p888 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or licensing authority instruction.

Upon legitimate termination of your account by p888, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to AML and KYC compliance procedures.

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting p888 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding Wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through p888's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to p888's customer support team via the in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. p888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days. If you remain unsatisfied with p888's resolution, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided under p888's applicable gaming licence.

p888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, p888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Minor or clarificatory changes may take effect immediately upon publication without specific notice.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on the p888 Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
